Booking link ready

Setup, once, before hosting:
1) Create a free project at firebase.google.com → Realtime Database (start in test mode).
2) Copy your web app config into the firebaseConfig object at the top of the <script> tag below.
3) That's it — bookings are stored under /bookings/<code> so double-booking is prevented across anyone's device. "Open email to send it" opens the sender's own mail app pre-filled with the link — it doesn't auto-send.
